Here's how to get the Quetzalcoatl Talon in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth:

1. Activate Life springs in the Grasslands:

You need to find and interact with four Life springs scattered across the Grasslands area. These Life springs will be marked on your map by Activation Towers.

2. Locate the "Classified Intel" marker:

Once you've activated all four Life springs, a new marker will appear on your map titled "Classified Intel: Winged Lacertilian of Yore". This marker indicates the location of Quetzalcoatl.

3. Find and defeat Quetzalcoatl:

Head to the location marked on your map, which is in the large quarry area on the western side of the Grasslands. You'll find Quetzalcoatl there.

Be aware that Quetzalcoatl is a challenging optional boss. It's recommended to be at a good level and have appropriate equipment before attempting this fight.

Quetzalcoatl is weak to ice so equip ice-based Materia and spells to exploit this weakness.

4. Claim your reward:

Upon defeating Quetzalcoatl, you will receive the Quetzalcoatl Talon as a reward.
