  4. Seeds: While not technically vegetables, seeds like chia seeds, flaxseeds, and pumpkin seeds are often incorporated into the vegetable category in dietary discussions. These tiny powerhouses are packed with nutrients, including healthy fats. Chia seeds, for example, contain about 8 grams of fat per 2 tablespoons, mostly omega-3 fatty acids.

  5. It's important to remember that even these vegetables with higher fat content are still relatively low in fat compared to other foods like meat, nuts, and dairy products. The fat they contain is mostly healthy fats, which can be beneficial for your health when consumed in moderation as part of a balanced diet
