When was the last time a player fouled out in the All-Star game?

No player has ever fouled out of the NBA All-Star Game in its history.

While fouls are called in the All-Star Game, the officiating is generally relaxed compared to regular season games. The focus is on entertainment and showcasing player talent, rather than strict enforcement of every foul. Additionally, the game has several rule changes compared to regular season games, such as shorter quarters and no free throws awarded after the 14th foul of each quarter. This further reduces the likelihood of players reaching the six-foul limit for disqualification.

While there have been instances of players committing five fouls in an All-Star Game, they are either benched before reaching the limit or the refs choose not to call the sixth one. For example, in the 2006 All-Star Game, Shaquille O'Neal committed five fouls and left the game with 4:25 remaining, but it was not due to fouling out.
