As of today, January 26, 2024, there are no NBA teams that have never won their division. Every active franchise has claimed at least one division title in their history.

However, there are several teams that have struggled to find consistent success within their divisions. Some teams, like the Charlotte Hornets and Minnesota Timberwolves, have only claimed division titles sparsely. The Charlotte Hornets, for example, have only ever won two division titles in their entire franchise history.

It's also worth noting that some franchises have shifted divisions throughout their history due to league realignment. For example, the Los Angeles Clippers have played in both the Pacific Division and Atlantic Division before landing in their current home, the Northwest Division.

While no team remains completely titleless within their division, some have certainly faced more uphill battles than others in claiming divisional dominance.
